Zion Sol Haus Deposit & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Zion Sol Haus for your catering services. Please review our booking, payment, and cancellation policy below.

Deposit Policy

• A non-refundable booking deposit equal to 50% of the total catering balance is required upfront to secure your event date.
• The deposit will be applied toward the total balance of your catering service.
• Event dates are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Final Payment Policy

• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event date.
• Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than two (2) weeks prior to the event date are eligible for a refund equal to 25% of the total catering service amount, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made between 7–10 days prior to the event date are considered non-refundable, and all payments made will be retained.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are also non-refundable due to staffing, preparation, and inventory commitments.

Additional Terms

• Any changes to guest count, menu selections, or event details must be submitted before the final payment deadline.
• By submitting a deposit, the client agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.
